Naum Disho, head of OMONIA, an organization for the Greek minority, risks two years in prison for violating Boboshtica graves.

The prosecutor Irena Cunoti asked a sentence of two years in prison for Naum Disho, and three years for Alqi Koroveshi and Luan Zaçe.

The investigation verified that the Boboshtica graves were violated by the construction works, and 11 human bone fragments were found. The construction works were done without the permission of the authorities and the three persons are accused for illegal construction.

The prosecution’s demand has brought the reaction of the two workers, Alqi Koroveshi and Luan Zace,  who say that they had never violated the graves and that they have been simple workers hired for doing construction works.

The head of the Omonia asked the conclusions in written form.

The decision for the Boboshtica trial will be taken on June 9th.
