13/06/2016 14:55

The High Council of Justice filed the lawsuit against the Minister
Interior, Saimir Tahiri, by sending it to the Prosecutor General,
Adriatik Llalla, while the Minister said his voice will not be shut
against the “billionaires” of the HCJ, as he called them, “members of
the evil front who want to put obstacles to the justice reform”.

“These billionaires own 5.7 billion ALL of declared assets. They have just consumed an unprecedented act. This is not the High Council of justice anymore, but the High Council of Wealth and Injustice”, Tahiri added.

Minister Tahiri said he has not lied with the declaration against Judge Arian Aliaj, and he also mentioned Omsan Aliu, the Kavaja judge he had mentioned earlier.
