The Minister of Innovation, Milena Harito, read the progress report for
the public administration and said that Albania is on the right level to
open negotiations. There is an improvement of recruitments in the
administration, according to Harito.
“For the public administration issues we are on the right level to start the negotiations. Having a professional administration, without political influence, is necessary for the country’s development and also a very difficult challenge, especially in the conditions of what has been inherited from transition”, Harito said.
Thanks to the public’s trust that has been returned to the competitions held by the public administration. This year, according to her, there have been 24.000 applications. Harito says the next duty is to implement the new Code of Administrative Procedures.
