Harasani: Why I refused post. I will work to remove Berisha

The propositions that the opposition leader, Edi Rama, presented at the
National Assembly, have created dissatisfaction and lack of trust.

This has been felt not only among the Socialists, but also in forums and blogs by independent journalists and analysts.

The MP Andis Harasani refused Edi Rama’s proposal for working with the Energy Sector of the SP Program.

Andis Harasani explained for Top Channel why he refused it.

“Offering me a post for helping the Socialist Party with the energy, is like offering Edi Rama to help with the development of cities, when he has 11 year long experience as mayor. Neither I nor Rama needs to contribute in areas where we have contributed for many years. My purpose, and that of the Socialist Party, except some names, is to remove this government from power, as soon as possible. We don’t need posts or candies for being in this opposition battle”, Harasani declared.

Top Channel: You say on Facebook that you have other plans. Can you tell us what these plans are?

Harasani: It is still early to speak about them. We are a group, and we are working seriously. All plans aim to remove this government and bring a true left force into power.

TCH: These plans will be realized within the Socialist Party?

Harasani: In politics, every opportunity is open. There is time, we will see it.

Harasani expressed his dissatisfactions for the candidacies voted by the National Assembly for the new SP leadership.

“As long as there has been no voting for the Party leader, when the delegates were chosen, we all know what has happened with their choice. As long as no one knows the votes of the Assembly members, I don’t think that it is reasonable to remove some and approach others. I don’t understand why this should happen. I don’t know why Islami should go and other figures, who were as critical or more critical than Islami should stay”, Harasani declared.
