Halimi: HCJ candidate, anti constitutional

One day after President Bamir Topi proposed Ilir Mustafaj as vice
Chairman of the High Council of Justice, the Albanian Justice Minister
opposed his candidacy.

Minister Halimi sent a letter to the President, as Chairman of the High Council, underlining that this proposal is against the Constitution.

The meeting in which the new vice Chairman will be elected will not be held even this Wednesday, as announced yesterday, since President Topi will attend a visit in Macedonia.
