Hague, Haradinaj’s request rejected

The Court of Appeal ordered the prosecutors of this case to call other witnesses, besides the two that did not appear, for a partial review of the case.

According to a press communication released by the coordinator of Haradinaj’s defense, Michael O’Raily, the lack of witnesses has been the reason why the partial review session was opened.

The decision was taken with a majority of votes from the Court of Appeal, although it was opposed by its chairman, Judge Patrick Robinson.

The coordinator of Haradinaj declared that the defendand will ask the partial review to start possibly within some weeks.
