The Court of Serious Crimes gave a security measure for what Prosecutors have called “the accountant of the Habilaj gang”.
Prosecutors say that the Italian surveillance showed Nezar Seiti constantly communicating with Moisi Habilaj and discuss with him about drug traffic deals.
His name has been mentioned in four anti-drug operations between 2012 and 2014, according to Prosecutors.
Seiti’s lawyer says he prefers to be trialed in Italy, rather than in Albania.
