The Commission of Statutory Guarantees at the Socialist Party gathered
this MOnday to review the request signed by four Socialist MPs to
interpret the statute in case of election of the leader.
The head of this Commission, Alket Hyseni, declared that they reviewed the request but will hear the people who signed it.
“We reviewed the request in principle. Next Friday we will call the persons who signed it in a hearing session”, he said.
The meeting of the Socialist Party came after the request signed by four Parliament Members and some members of the National ASsembly, for starting the implementation and interpretation of statutory violations.
