The Greek Police continues to repeat extreme acts against Albanian citizens.

This time it happened in the Greek capital, this Wednesday, when the Police undertook an unexplainable action by putting fines and by blocking dozens of buses and cars, property of Albanian citizens, who were preparing to travel to Albania.

The action was made while hundreds of Albanian tourists and emigrants were preparing to travel to Albania. According to the emigrants that live in this part of Athens, the Police searched and fined only the Albanian vehicles. The Albanian citizens declared that they had not violated any law and that this is happening very frequently recently.

The fines varied from 300 to 500 EUR, or even by blocking the vehicles for 30 days. Concerned for these racist acts, 200 Albanian citizens blocked the main road for 30 minutes, asking the Police to treat them equally. Due to this reaction, the Greek police returned the seized plates and declared that it was a simple misunderstanding. Asked by Top-Channel, the Police Department in Athens declared that they would investigate the problem.
