Gratitude to religious patriots

The Albanian Parliament held an activity for honouring the patriotic
religious figures of Albania, who worked for the independence and the
forming of the Albanian state.
The opening speech was held by the Parliament Speaker, Jozefina Topalli, who mentioned dozens of the Albanian religious figures who despite the different religious believe, were always united for their love of the country.
“The Albanians are proud for the religious harmony”, Topalli declared, mentioning one by one the main religious figures who fought and gave their life for the Albanian nation, from Ymer Dibra to Papa Kristo Negovani.
In this ceremony were invited the main representatives of all religions in the country.
