Golemi refuses to talk with Prosecutors

Same as her supervisor, Ardian Fullani, the former Inspector General of
the Bank of Albania, Elivar Golemi, refused to speak in front of the
investigation group about the case of the Department of Emission.
Two judiciary officers went to Prison 313 to interrogate her, but the Inspector General asked the investigative materials against her to study it before giving any declaration.
Golemi declared at the Court of Appeal that the Prosecutors had not interrogated her, and that she had been cooperating with the investigators by giving them all necessary materials.
However, she was left in prison, different from Governor Ardian Fullani, who is in house arrest.
