Two died and two were injured at a Mali i Robit beach, in Kavaja. The
incident has taken place near a private resort of the area. The conflict
started about a beach surface near the Mali i Robit beach, between the
suspected author of the crimes and one of the victims.
After the shooting, Sulejman Shehu and Durim Pashallari were killed, while the wife and the son of the victim, respectively Erjon and Blegije Shehu have been wounded. The Hospital says that the boy is in serious conditions, while his mother is out of life danger.
The killer was arrested a few minutes after the crime. In June 2012 he Ardian Tragaj had inaugurated a painting exhibition at his resort.
The conflict about the beach strip grew up with the tourist season. The police say that both parties had the documentation that proved them to be the owners, and they were waiting for the trial to resolve the problem.
Today, Sulejman Shehu entered the private resort of the painter, together with his family, and pressured Traga with weapons and in the heat of the moment has taken his firearm and has shot them, killing even his security guard in the commotion.
The holidaymakers who were present were terrified. They rushed to leave in panic after the shots. Witnesses say that other persons were also involved.
