The “Pienvis” company, which was the only one profiting by the lack of a
traffic-separator at the spot where a car crash left two very young
siblings dead, appears to be also the firm that was paid for the road
maintenance.
“Pienvis” has received a 300 million ALL tender for the maintenance of the Plepa-Rrogozhina road segment, together with another firm.
