Gjirokaster, residents complain for CEZ

27/01/2012 00:00

More than 10.000 Upper Dropull residents in Gjirokaster pretend that
they have been systematically challenged by CEZ by damaging most of
their home appliances, due to the bad power tension in the area.

The head of the commune says that due to the frequent tension fluctuations in the distribution network, the entire computer network of the commune and most of the appliances function with electric power.

He doesn’t say that there have been frequent energy power interruptions, but adds that the Koshovica village, in the Greek border, has been without electric power for more than 1 month.

The commune has invested all funds for buying electric poles, and for their transportation at the right place. But the situation has not been resolved yet.
