The prefecture of Gjirokaster reopened the trial against the head of the
Municipal Council of Gjirokaster, Sulo Mucobega, at the Court of First
Degree.
After Mucobega took the approval of the Court of Appeal for continuing the duty, the prefecture changed the suit by specifying its elements.
The prefecture asked to consider as illegal all procedures that brought the constitution of the district. After presenting the evidence of both parties, the session was postponed for leaving time to the court to review them.
Meanwhile, the district was unblocked by the position that was held right after the constitution made by the Court of Appeal decision, which decided that work should continue normally.
