The representatives of the German Delegation declared in a press release for the media that the Balkan region, and Albania, specifically, are part of Europe and as such should be within the EU.
“Albania and the entire region are in the courtyard of the EU, and as such we think that it should be part of the Union”, said the representative of the German delegation.
“Democracy is a process of values. The democratization of civil society is very important. For this reason, I want to reiterate that the relations between the Parliaments in the region are very important for Germany”, he added.
