The German Ambassador, Petert Zingraf, met with the Parliament Speaker, Gramoz Ruci, and declared that there will be a green light in October for opening Albania’s EU accession negotiations.
“Chancellor Merkel has declared that Western Balakan and Albania have a great strategic significance for Germany and the EU. The purpose of Germany is to say yes to opening the EU accession negotiations with Albania”, said Petert Zingraf, the German Ambassador to Albania.
The Speaker of the Albanian Parliament, Gramoz Ruci, considered Germany the power engine that leads the economy and politics of Europe.
Ruci expressed gratitude to the German government for their special focus on Albania and Western Balkan.
