After three sessions at the Court of Appeal, the trial for the 29
defendants of the Gerdec Tragedy had no absence from the parties.

In the session of November 9th they discussed about the deadlines of the complimentary complaints, both from the defensive lawyers and the prosecutors. The prosecutors declared that they don’t have the complaints of the main defendants in this case, since they appeals of the Court of Appeal were made without the explanatory arguments, due to the delay of the Court of First Degree.

Same were the claims of the defending lawyers, and some of them declared that they had no possibility to read the full verdict of the Court of First Degree. Zamira Durdaj, who lost her son in the tragic explosion of the Gerdec ammunition plant,  reacted harshly and launched threats to the Court, which made the judge panel postpone the session for one week.
