Linda Rama: Between Family, Work and Albania’s Future 18/08 14:30
The General Prosecutor, Ina Rama, met the leader of the Directorate for
Europe at the Foreign Ministry of Netherlands. They discuss about
justice issues and the law implementation in Albania.
According to the General Prosecution’s press release, the conversation focused on the importance of justice institutions’ independency, and their role in reinforcing the rule of law.
Rama mentioned as matters of a special importance the problematic with which the Albanian justice institutions are faced each day, especially the Prosecution.
On the other hand, Mr. Jacques Louis Werner valued the performance of the Albanian Prosecution as one of the most important links in preserving and implementing the law, and for its positive role in Albania’s image for the EU integration processes.
