Gas cylinder that injured 24 people was overused and rusty

The Pogradec Police examined the pieces of the gas cylinder that
exploded in the Beragozhdi bar, saying that the metal had cracked due to
excessive rust.

24 persons were burned by the flames. A 14-year-old has received burns in 50% of the body. Six in total were in bad conditions.

Police took Romario mocka under custody, the official owner of the cafe. However, residents know his father as the real owner.

The 20-year-old is accused of manslaughter.
