French Court decision about Haradinaj may be postponed again

The Court of Appeal in Colmar, France, was supposed to decide on April
6th about the detention of former Kosovo Prime Minister and former
leader of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Ramush Haradinaj, who was detained
in France this year under an old Serbian arrest order.
Serbian media have published today that the court may postpone its decision until another hearing session, quoting the Spokesperson of the Colmar Court, Sandra Di Rosa
Two weeks ago, the Serbian Ministry of Justice answered to some additional questions made by the court, regarding Haradinaj’s extradition.
The answers were given by the War Crime Prosecutor, who is investigating Haradinaj, now leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, for war crimes against civilians.
