Former Tirana Tax Director left in prison

The former Local Tax Director of the Tirana Tax Office, Androkli Kokthi,
will stay in prison after Judge Arjana Caco accepted the request of the
Prosecution.
The Prosecution accused the Tax Director of power abuse. He has canceled orders for seizing goods that had no tax receipts.
The value mounted up to 4 million ALL, during March and April of 2015. Kokthi and his lawer, Maks Haxhia, have rejected the arguments, but the Court accepted the request.
