Former Prosecutor Ina Rama wins trial against High Council of Justice

Three years after the Prosecutor General left her office, she won the
Second Degree trial at the Administrative Court. She had sued the HCJ
for returning to the judiciary system.
The Court of Administrative Appeal ordered the HCJ to propose the President to appoint the former Prosecutor at the Court of Appeal.
The decision was communicated by judges Artur Malaj, Lindita Selmanaj and Alkelina Gazidede. The arguments for the verdict have not been clarified yet.
The former Prosecutor, Ina Rama, sued the HCJ in 2013 for not taking in consideration her request to return at the system.
