The Special College of Appeals has decided to repeat the summoning of former Prosecutor General Adriatik Llalla, based on the fact that Llalla is not aware of the process.
The lawyer said that the next trial will be no later than 15 days, time that he will use to continue the process. The session was decided on May 31st, 10:00.
During the session, Hazizaj said that Llalla himself is not aware of the process and that he has not communicated with his client for more than 2 weeks.
The Special College of Appeals took in consideration the case brought by the Public Commissioner, which asked the former Prosecutor to undergo the Vetting Process.
Llalla’s process was interrupted after he gave up from the right to be appointed Judge of Appeal, leaving himself out of the justice system.
