Former Prosecutor General assets seized

After avoiding the Vetting Law through resignation, the former Prosecutor General couldn’t escape the institution that once was under him, the Prosecution of Serious Crimes.

The Court of Serious Crimes has seized 800,000 EUR of Llalla’s assets, including an apartment in Durres and 22,000 square meters of land in Tirana.

The confiscation is made as Llalla is being investigated for hiding assets.

Llalla has left the country, after the resignation. Sources say he is staying in Germany, but before the Vetting it was seen through documents that Llalla’s lawyer was writing from Turkey.
