The former President of Albania, Bujar Nishani, said that the opposition is entering its final phase of the battle, and that there will be an even larger political radicalization of this process.
“We can’t say that the opposition’s goal has failed, as long as we don’t have a finalized process. I think that there will be an even larger political radicalization, a confrontation of the citizens with the monist regime”, Nishani declared.
When asked whether the political action undertaken by the opposition is hurting the Democratic Party, Nishani said that the future will show if the DP is hurt. “But the institutions have fallen in Albania. We are in an anarchist regime”, Nishani said.
