The former politically persecuted people started a protest today from
the Integration Institution to the Prime Minister’s Office. They have
crossed the road segment with signs that aimed to raise awareness about
their issue.

They appealed for a quick solution in front of the Prime Minister’s office and accused the government leader.

“We know that we are breaking your serenity. But if you would have seen Fazlic here, you would run to meet him and give him the Lalzi Bay, if the Porto Romano wasn’t enough. We, the former politically persecuted people, are demanding an immediate compensation and without any delay”, the protest leaders declared.

The protesters paraded through the main buildings and showed their solidarity to the hunger strikers, clearly expressing their demands.

In this meeting there was also Spartak Ngjela. As a former politically prisoner, Ngjela declared that the government has failed.

“I have seen a great irresponsibility of this government. I propose an ad-hoc Commission to raise awareness in all institutions, because you cannot abuse with this human pain”, Ngjela declared.

Another association of politically persecuted people appealed for another protest this Thursday.

The hunger strikers are on their 12th day and their health is deteriorating.
