The former Prosecutor General, Adriatik Llalla, asked the President to remove him from the list as an appointed judge.
After his term as Prosecutor General was over, Llalla was granted by law a post as Judge at the Court of Appeal.
Since his term expired, the former Prosecutor General was waiting for his appointment, which didn’t happen. Starting from this Saturday, he informed the Vetting Institutions that he will no longer be part of the judiciary system. As such, there is no reason for him to be vetted.
The Vetting Institutions have not replied if this is possible.
