The former persecuted people warned a hunger strike due to the
government’s delays for the compensation of this mistreated category
through the years.
Some former persecuted people attachked the Prime Minister’s car with flour sacks while entering the Parliament, which caused the firing of many police officers at police district 1.
The announcement for the start of a hunger strike on September 25th in protest against the government abuses was made by the representatives of today’s persecuted people who declared that the endless delay is something they cannot tolerate any longer.
According to the formerly persecuted people, the government’s failure to compensate has deteriorated their situation even more. They underline that everything happened because of the government’s Constitutional law amends.
