Former Governor sues Central Bank and Parliament

Ardian Fullani has sued the Parliament and the Bank of Albania for
unmerited termination of his duty. The lawsuit was registered at the
Administrative Court.
“I don’t want compensation for the unjust time in prison, but for the unjust interruption of my term as Governor of the Bank of Albania”, Fullani said.
Ardian Fullani was removed from duty on September 2014, and was brought to duty over power abuse for allowing the theft of 713 million ALL from the Bank of Albania. Fullani was found not guilty in October 2015.
