Shemsie Kadria, the former Boss of the Ponzi scheme company “Gjallica”,
is returning at court after she was sued by two citizens for robbing
them of large amounts of money for pre-ordering an apartment in Tirana.

Prosecutor Gjergj Tako declared that she has defrauded the citizens by receiving 2.2 and 2.1 million ALL from them, but the apartments were never given to them, and the construction company is not even in activity, according to the tax institutions.

The defending lawyer Sadri Dida declared that the Prosecution is accusing Shemsie Kadria unjustly”. But while she is wanted by the Police, Top Channel contacted with her and she declared in an interview that this case is fabricated by the Prosecution.

“I haven’t defrauded anyone even in the time of ‘Gjallica’ and even today. The company is new and has the construction permit. People have paid and I have nothing to do with this. The signature belongs to my nephew and I don’t know those people. Their accusations weren’t right even in 1997. I handed over Gjallica in 1996 and created the Arber Holding company. I went to Italy in 1997, then in Turkey. I was extradited here, served seven years in prison and was finally released. This is a fabrication”, Kadria declared.
