The Socialist Party MP, Ditmir Bushati, said that there should be a compromise with the opposition outside the Parliament since the country is facing important challenges.
In an interview for the Voice of America, Bushati underlined that the political crisis will have ifs influence in the decision-making of the EU, deciding whether the EU accession negotiations will be opened.
“It is important to create clear mechanisms, not only within the SP, but also within our political families.
“The decisions are not always imposed from above, and this could have the right effects in practice.
“Today we are operating in a more specific context.
“The burden is even heavier for us, due to the responsibilities we have in the local and central government, almost in all decision-making processes. We need more capacity for more compromises, inside and outside our political family”, Bushati declared.
