Former Bank of Albania Governor wants job back after 7 mln USD scandal

Ballanc, the lawyer of the former Bank of Albania Governor, Ardian
Fullani, requested compensation and for her client to return to his job.

“He was fired against the law. He should be paid for his return to his duty, until he returns to his duty”, Ballanca said, and added that the compensation should mount up to 15 million ALL.

She mentioned as reference a verdict from the Court of Strasbourg for the firing of an Ukrainian Judge for the same violations.
