Bottled water, although is more controlled today, might create health dangers for the consumers in some rare occasions.
The inspections led by the Hygiene Directory in Tirana resulted with some bacteriologic charges in some of the tests.
Vladimir Janushi, chief of the Hygienic Service, declared that there have been some rare cases that have been immediately eliminated.
The Chief of the Hygiene at the Public Health Directory advised the Albanian citizens to not buy bottled water if it has been exposed to the sun for a long time, while checking the expiration date must always be mandatory.
According to Janushi, the subjects that have been caught with infringements have always been fined, and the situation has improved. The Hygienic Directory has also inspected ice cream and other sweet products in which they have found problems and the subjects have been fined.
