The flood situation is serious all over Albania.
The Emergency Coordination Committee announced that the southern area is in worse conditions, and that they are taking measures in Vjosa, Shkumbin and Seman, where the water flow has increased.
Circulation is difficult in many roads, while electricity supply has been interrupted in many areas.
The Emergency Committee announced that the hardest situation was created in south of the country, while they are taking measures to manage the situation along the Vjosa, Shkumbin and Seman rivers.
The Emergency Commitete appeals citizens to follow the evacuation appeals and cooperate without hesitating with the authorities.
The army is helping with evacuation, cooperating with private hotels.
