Floods, only 4 businesses compensated

Only 4 from 260 businesses will be compensated for the floods of 2010.
The reason is that the rest have not presented the respective bills of
the damaged goods, while auto-declarations cannot be taken in
consideration.
The compensation for the four businesses mounts to 14.296.315 ALL. Sources from the Shkoder Tax Office say that the businesses who claim damages have had lack of the respective documentations. 202 small and 58 big businesses were expected to receive the compensation only if being licensed. The government decision excludes 256 of them.
The Shkoder floods that took place in November 2010 damaged 14.000 hectares of land, 4600 residences and 31.000 heads of cattle. The damage mounts to 30 million USD.
