Five foreign companies expressed their interest for the Durres-Kukes
highway maintenance concession, which will apply a payment for the
drivers.
The offers were open today by the Ministry of Transport, and in this phase there were two French-Greek consortiums, “J.P Awaks” and “Igis”, the “Vinsi Actor” consortium, the German Company “Hoti” and the Austrian “Strabag”.
The fifth offer came from the Italian Company, “Autostrada Brescia-Verona, Vicenza-Padova”.
In the second phase, the companies will submit their detailed offers, including the payment that the citizens must make for crossing the Durres-Kukes highway.
