The Ambassadors of France, Germany, Italy, the UK and the USA, wrote a joint declaration in addressed to the party leaders and Kosovo people.
Underlining that the next elections are a decisive opportunity for the citizens of Kosovo to decide the direction of their fate, the ambassadors say that they expect the political parties and the candidates to promote a fair environment for the electoral race throughout Kosovo.
“We encourage citizens to raise alarms about abuses with the electoral funds, and to report any effort to intimidate them. For the Democratic future of Kosovo, it is important that the elections should be held as foreseen on October 6th”, the declaration says.
