The Court of Serious Crimes could not start the first trial session
against the 16 persons that are facing justice for opposing the police
with fire arms during the operation of 2014.
The trial failed because of the absence of two lawyers and some defendants. Eight of the defendants were present in the trial, including Gate Mahmutaj and his son, Vandam Mahmutaj, and the recently arrested Arbion Aliko,
