Fire and explosions in firework depot in Tirana

Strong firework explosions have lit a fire in a depot near the Food Market in Tirana.
The fire erupted in the fireworks depot, and then extended with bigger proportions.
The Police have intervened for evacuating the residents of the area.
According to the Police, 10 fire engines have been engaged for controlling the fires. The authorities announce that fortunately, the fires have not caused any victim, and that the financial damages are incalculable.
The Interior Minister, Bujar Nishani, has reached the scene for surveying the firefighter’s operation.
