Finance Ministry responds to President about law for gambling businesses

The Ministry of Finances and economy reacted after the President rejected the new fiscal law for gambling businesses.

The President explained that the law amends do not change the law of 2015, but they unify the taxing procedures for all types of gambling businesses.

The Minister of Finances responded: “If the amends will not enter in effect, we will have a differentiated treatment of a subject in the market, which will keep being taxed at 10%”, the Ministry
