Ledian Ruci, the son of the Socialist MP, Gramoz Ruci, has been relieved
from charges for the tragic accident that took place in Tirana.
Tirana Court gave the security measures for Edi Lika and Ledian Ruci, the two drivers of the vehicles that were involved in this accident.
The court sent to prison Edi Lika, the driver of the Mini Cooper, in which was the victim Brunilda Pinderi.
The Prosecutor had asked the same measure for Lika, claiming that he had infringed the traffic rules with fatal consequences.
As for Ledian Ruci, the Prosecutor raised no charges and he was released.
