Today was held the ceremony for the funeral of the great Albanian
choreographer, Agron Alia. Family members, friends and colleagues paid
homage at the Theater of Opera and Ballet, where Aliaj spent 50 years of
his life.
Countless Albanian artists were present for honoring the talented choreographer, Agron Aliaj.
“This is a tragic day for the Albanian musical art, and the national art in general. He passed away in a very unexpected and tragic way, in the culmination of his artistic maturity”, declared the Director of the Albanian Theater of Opera, Zhani Ciko.
