A family of six people in the Lecjan village of the Ostren Commune, in
Bulqize, has remained under the open sky for two days, after their
house was destroyed due to the bad weather.
The rainfalls and storms have destroyed the small building of Kongres Mija, who has remained in the open together with his four children.
Unable to build another home, because they live on economic assistance, they ask the support of the state institution, or they’ll be obliged to pass the entire winter in the open.
The Ostren commune is among those that stays blocked by the snow for most of the winter.
