Family isolated in Librazhd

A nine member family is isolated in the Gaferr village, Stravaj commune, and their fate has been unknown for the last 11 days.
The family of Nazmi Jelina lives in the Sopoti Mountain, where the snow reached more than 2 meters. The house is situated far from the village, it has no electricity and has lost all phone contacts with the relatives. The brother of Nazmi Jelina seeks help.
“My brother lives in a deep mountainous area in Stavraj, Sopot. I haven’t contacted with him for the last 10 days. He has 6 children, all remained without food or anything. In the last contact I had with him, he said that he was blocked, without food or anything. Now I know nothing about him”, declared Shefki Jelina, whose brother is isolated in Librazhd.
Shefki is mostly concerned for the fact that his mother, the 95 year old Hava Helina, has had health problems and he fears that she hasn’t survived to this winter.
8 people traveled to Gaferr village four days ago, but they were obliged to return after walking for four hours on foot.
