Facebook closed thousands of accounts even from Kosovo and Northern Macedonia

Facebook announced that they have closed several accounts from Iran, Russia, Northern Macedonia and Kosovo for  “coordinated inauthentic behavior”.

2632 pages, groups and accounts were removed from Facebook and Instagram, 513 of which were related to Iran and 1907 to Russia.

Many of these accounts were active with news involving the conflict in Eastern Ukraine, Crimea, etc.
