While Emiliano Shullazi addressed the Court of Appeal with a request to
be released, a businesswoman has testified against him at the
Prosecution of Serious Crimes for extortion.
“They extorted me a property I had in Tirana with 1 million EUR of value”, says the woman. This property has passed to Gilmando Dani.
The woman has been interrogated by officials of the Prosecution of Serious Crimes. The Court has seized the property documents for verifying the testimony.
The Prosecution didn’t give any official version for this case, due to secrecy. The three citizens mentioned in the report of the Secret Service as extorted businessmen, have refused to testify and even claim they don’t know him.
The police has not been able to find the address of Jani Zaka, who has testified of being extorted. Shullazi has returned to the Tirana prison after he was held for several days in Elbasan.
