A considerable amount of explosive charge blew up today in the door of Bledar Canka, 34, resident of Shkoder.
The explosion has caused only material damage. The doors have been destroyed and the wave has also damaged the walls. The 34-year-old lives together with his family in that apartment.
Police arrived after the explosion and interrogated Canka, who said that he is a jewelry salesman, and who declared that he has no conflicts.
The anti-terrorism sector is following the investigations. Preliminary investigations show that the explosive charge was around 250 grams, and the explosion has been very powerful, damaging the doors of the entire floor.
Police has taken eight people under custody and is looking for any personal conflict.
