After the terror attacks in Brussels, the European parliament cancelled
the plenary session of the Foreign Affairs Commission, foreseen for this
Tuesday, which was also to discuss about the final resolution for
Albania.

The decision was announced by the website of this Committee, which after yesterday’s discussions gave the message that the justice reform should be approved as soon as possible.

The European MPs, Fleckenstein and Kukan, agreed with the fifth paragraph of the draft-resolution for asking the European Commission to consider opening the negotiations for Albania’s EU accession.

Earlier in the meeting between the European Parliament and the Parliamentary Assembly of the SEECP, as chairman of the delegation for Albania, MP Taulant Balla proposed to ask the European Council and European Commission to remove the visa regime for the citizens of Kosovo.
