Maja Kocijancic, the spokesperson of the EU High Representative, Federica Mogherini, welcomed the announcement of the Kosovo Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, who said that they are preparing for the Association of Serbian Communes.
“The process has started and it will be realized within four months”, EU says in the declaration.
Kocijancic declared that this long-awaited step creates the possibility to implement the Association agreement.
Mogherini’s Spokesperson said that the EU will invite negotiating chiefs from Prishtina and Belgrade, their managerial teams, including experts, to discuss in Brussels and engage constructively.
